3-5 min (can steep twice)

    80-85°C (175-185°F)
    2-3.5 mins (then 30s each re-steep)

      Oolong

      1 tsp/cup (2.25g / 240ml)
      85-90°C (185-195°F)
      3-5 mins (re-steeps up to 5 times)

        Herbal

        1.5 tsp/cup (3.40g / 240 ml)
        96°C (205°F) (boiling)
        3-6 min (can steep twice)
